v0.1.4 - Reload time and random starting weapons

This update adds the setting to adjust the weapon reload time. Set it to zero for maximum mayhem!

Also new is the setting to randomize the starting weapons. This change required quite some changes to the code, which also resulted in some bugs getting squashed in the process :)

The server now also has an icon (the blue Liero worm), and the icons are on the application windows so they are easier to identify in the taskbar.
